Who are we?

Projekt4 BV is located in Amsterdam, Swammerdamstraat 6 and we are responsible for processing your data.

What can you expect from us?

We respect your privacy and your data is as important to us as it is to you. We ensure careful and safe handling of data from our clients, employees, suppliers and visitors to our website and we do this in accordance with privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We never sell your data to third parties. We do use the services of other parties who process data on our behalf and we conclude processor agreements with these parties so that they too handle your personal data carefully.

In addition, we share data with other parties where we are required to do so by law and regulations or on the basis of a contractual provision. For example with the tax authorities or another government agency. It may also be necessary to share your data with other parties as part of our services.

We do not store your data longer than strictly necessary for the purpose for which the data was obtained.

When do we process your personal data?

We process your data from the moment you:

  • visit one of our websites;
  • fill in your details on our website, for example by creating a contact form;
  • use our services.

It may happen that we process data about you that we have not obtained directly from you. Even then we only process this data for a predetermined and justified purpose which can support to delivery of our services.

What do we do with your data?

As a visitor to our website we will process your data although initially we do not know you by name.

We utilise Google Analytics tools to give you an even better user experience and to better tailor our services to you and we use your personal data if you give permission. We do this by means of cookies and similar technology.

  • In order to operate and protect our IT systems, we process, among other things, the IP address and user data.
  • If you contact us, for example via contact form, e-mail, social media or by telephone, we may request your contact details and we do this to handle your question and ensure we can contact you later with additional information or services. Your data is only accessible to those within our organization who are involved in handling your inquiry.
  • We use various ICT resources, such as e-mail, to communicate with each other and with you. We keep a history of this as long as it is relevant for follow-up, accountability and security. We use cloud-based suppliers for this.

We also process personal data of employees of (potential) customers, clients, suppliers and relations. For example when you fill in our contact form on the website or we discuss the supply of services.

Communication

  • In order to tailor our services to your needs and to enter into collaboration, we store your personal data.
  • If you contact us, for example via contact form, e-mail, social media or by telephone, we may request your contact details. We do this to handle your question and to contact you later with additional information. Your data is only accessible to those within our organization who are involved in handling your question.
  • We use various ICT resources, such as e-mail, to communicate with each other and with you. We keep a history of this as long as it is relevant for follow-up, accountability and security. We use cloud-based suppliers for this.

Marketing

  • For management purposes, including reporting, taking care of internal controls, company safety and performing audits, we process the relevant data of our prospective clients and suppliers.
  • To improve our services, we will conduct surveys from time to time which can be anonymous but we sometimes we also ask you to share your name and contact details so that we can follow up the results and inform you about this if necessary .
  • We process personal data as part of our Communities program. The purpose of this processing is to enable us to improve our services and we keep this information for as long as we enter into a relationship with you.
  • To give you an even better user experience we use your personal data if you give permission and we do this by means of cookies and similar technology.

Financial

  • In order to be able to invoice for the services provided, we process relevant data to justify the invoice.
  • We record personal data for our financial administration and the checking and approval of invoices.
  • The use of personal data may be necessary for legal purposes.

Security

  • In order to operate and protect our IT systems, we process, among other things, the IP address and user data.

As soon as you leave your details on our website, or request our help in another way we will process the following data:

Collaboration

  • When we have conversations regarding your services we create a profile for you. All relevant data for your application is stored in this profile. Based on your profile we can assess your suitability for a project. We keep this data for another 2 years in order to look for other or similar suitable projects for you.
  • In order to be able to support you properly, we store personal data such as personal details and supplier performance reports

Communication

  • If you ask a question or submit a request for info, we may request your contact details to handle your question or complaint and to contact you later with additional information. This is also the case when you contact us by telephone, e-mail, social media or post. We only use this personal data for this purpose and your personal data is only accessible to those within the organization who are involved in handling your question or complaint.
  • We use various ICT resources, such as e-mail, to communicate with each other and with you. We keep a history of this for as long as it is relevant for follow-up, accountability and security. We keep your data for 2 years.
  • The use of personal data may be necessary for legal purposes.

Marketing

  • To give you an even better user experience and to better tailor our offer to you, we use your personal data if you give permission. We do this by means of cookies and similar technology.
  • You can sign up for our various newsletters. This way you stay informed about our projects, services, promotions and news. We keep your personal data until you indicate that you withdraw your consent.
  • For management purposes, including reporting, taking care of internal controls, company safety and performing audits and audits, we process the relevant data of the client, our own employees and self-employed persons.
